Not sure what's going on but my app is continuously shutting down on it's own now. It keeps displaying and Error msg and then closes. I've uninstalled and even factory reset my phone and it's still happening. Sony doesn't seem to pay mind to any of these complaints but it would be nice if they addressed issues and not just take our money. Is this happening to anyone else?

Just terrible. All I want is to download my captures, I take specific videos and then can't even download them because the app refuses to load them and then when they do load (if they do), I can't download it, doesn't say why, just says can't do it. I've uninstalled, restarted my phone, cleared cache, the lot, still not working, not even loading. Waste of an app. Fix it

It works...sometimes. But Sony could and should be going above and beyond with this app, not just settling for the basics. One improvement I would really like to see is Widgets. A widget that shows my current friends list, showing who's online and offline and what they are playing, and a widget where I can turn on my ps5 without having to open up the app.
