I've been an avid user for over a decade. most recently, I contacted the help center to figure out why I keep being notified when all notification settings are turned off. I've had 5 back and forth emails with screenshots and customer service insists my notifications are not turned off (they are) and is not helpful at all. they keep requesting a video of my account, when screen shots show the same thing. useless and annoying.

The ads are getting worse, I love Pinterest but at this point it's getting ridiculous. I get that it's a free to use site, but every 3rd or 4th picture is an ad that doesn't even have anything to do with me. It's incredibly slow now after this recent update, I can't even open the app without it loading for an hour before I get to look around! AND NOW I HAVE TO DEAL WITH AI BEING ON EVERY SINGLE RECOMMENDATION

I've been using pintrest for 10+ years, and I used to love it. It was a great way to discover new artists, and I was impressed by how good the algorithm was at finding things I'd like. However, the excess of AI art is ruining the app and making it borderline unusable. I don't want to see any AI content, but my feed remains full of it no matter how many times I click "not interested." Please do something about this.
