I've enjoyed Marco Polo and have paid for Plus for many years; it was worth it while i was on the road for work. BUT I just got notice that they're raising the price by over 30%, and I can't justify paying for that increase while everything else is getting more expensive. Gotta cut costs where I can, and unfortunately this new price increase was a decision maker for me. BTW I think adding the AI/ transcription was not wanted/ necessary at all. I mostly was interested in speeding up video. Thx!

I use the free version and have tried the premium trial. My low rating is mainly because the only subscription option is a yearly plan costing over $100 with no monthly option. Also, on the free plan, if you leave the app while watching a message, it restarts from the beginning instead of saving your place. I understand limiting premium features, but this basic functionality should be available to all users. The app is useful, but these issues make it frustrating.

Honestly, I love this app, but the free version is seriously ridiculous. you can't scroll through videos and if you can't listen to a message in one go and leave the app, when you come back it will often start back at the beginning and you can only skip forward 10 seconds unless you pay to upgrade. That's such an obnoxious way to force people to pay. It's like instead of offering cool ways to get people to pay with fun additional features, they instead just take away normal basic features
