Easy-to-use requests for home help. Affordable and worth it. My only complaint is the first people assigned to you half the time are the worst, and don't fix the issue. Multiple times, I've had to have 3 requests for the same issue until the assigned another company, with no way to request a blacklist of original, failed company.

This is the worst home warranty I ever had. There is no option to enter directly review for their services on the website. Zero customer service! They just hired cheap contractors to do a poor job. More like a hit and trial. There is no limit .on the tries as they come change one part or the other. They dont care if in It takes months and months to resolve a problem. They just give you pre-programmed answers. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working to fix the problem. Good luck!!

I have been a long time client of American Home Shield for over 23 years and have nothing but Positive things to say about them. All my experiences have been Awesome. The Professionals that were selected to service my Townhome were punctual, professional, knowledgeable and experienced in repairing whatever my Service Request required.
