If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered stuff for my son to wear to a dance. When I ordered it said we would get it within 10 days. Over a month and a half later we received the order. Dance has already gone and past. I had to go buy another suit elsewhere Tried to cancel the order and they wouldn't let me. Upon receipt of the products, the shoes fit too small. We even ordered a size up. The suit fits too big, despite getting his size. The hat was completely smashed. Will never order again

The site has alot of interesting and unique items. The flash sales have really great pricing. However the processing and shipping times are very slow. For the amount charged for shipping, it needs to be greatly improved. Also the tracking leaves a lot to be desired. Sizing for clothing is completely off. I ordered 2 sizes up and the pants are still way too tight in the waist as well as too short. Non clothing items have proven to be adequate. I will watch for flash sales on non clothes items.

I've bought many things through light in the box. And all have been of good quality. And very reasonable prices, some items i've not been able to find anywhere else.Other than their website and at least for holiday items and decorations.It has been one of the best places to shop for the holidays. i get tons of compliments on the tapestries that i've used to decorate rooms for christmas settings and there is a ordering will keep me coming back year after year. thanks LITB.
